A disk fills up on a client machine at 2am. Helios notices, works out the cause on the device itself, writes a reversible fix, and waits for a human to approve it. Then it closes the ticket and records what changed.
That is the difference between Helios and the RMM you are probably running. Most tools are excellent at telling you something is wrong and then stopping. Helios was designed around the AI doing the work, not summarising it.
What you get in one hosted platform: device and network monitoring, Windows and third-party patching, Microsoft Defender status, Microsoft 365 health, browser-based remote access with no second vendor to buy, a full service desk, client billing, and branded portals your clients log into. Quarterly reviews are generated for you. Asset lifecycle and backup state are tracked without extra tooling.
The AI earns its place. It answers questions about your fleet in plain English, forecasts which disks will run out and roughly when, and treats several machines dropping at once as a single outage rather than twenty separate tickets.
