When paired with our PCC Oasis Point of Care system, healthcare professionals can conduct patient assessments directly in the comfort of the patient's home using a mobile device with a wireless connection, allowing for instantaneous electronic transmission of data to the office where necessary documents like the Oasis, 485, and billing are generated without delay. The software features a modern and intuitive menu interface that is designed to reduce the learning curve for users. Users can effortlessly track and input essential account details, including information on payers, physicians, employees, patients, schedules, and visit logs. It also facilitates the generation of key forms such as HCFA-485, 486, 487, 700, and 701, all while incorporating built-in pick-lists that significantly reduce the time spent on form preparation. Additionally, TimeTrack® is equipped with a diverse array of valuable reports that meet industry requirements; these include the Active Patient report, Admitted Patient report, Employee Dues (tickler) report, Patient Dues (tickler) report, and Payroll Report, among others, ensuring comprehensive oversight of agency operations.
