Requests can be set to either appear or remain hidden, and clients can open requests without receiving notifications. There is an option to require approval or not before closing requests, with restrictions on sending new requests if there are no available hours. Payments are credited directly to your PayPal or Stripe account with a 0% processing fee, ensuring you maintain complete control.
