"The Smart Director" was designed with customer service in mind. We understand the importance of providing service to our clients. Our products include tools that allow clients to submit service requests online without ever picking up the phone. We are only a click away. Send us a service request using the Live Request tool. We will give you an average wait time before we return your call. We are available 24/7 to address your needs. We will respond to your service request as soon as possible. All requests received after hours, on weekends or holidays, will be recorded and dealt with the next business day. Summary: Best to keep your doctor information elsewhere and save the money and time using this software. Build your own data base and transition over.
Positive: It contains the information you need.
Negative: Design is from 2000ish, not user-friendly, slow, and fully replaceable with an Excel or Google Doc (for free). It is obsolete.
