Description

To create a feedback collection box, start by posing a question and entering your email address. Once you receive the link to your box via email, you can distribute it freely to gather responses. You can monitor the feedback through your dashboard and even engage with respondents anonymously if they provided their email addresses, while ensuring their identities remain concealed through encrypted exchanges. We employ 256-bit SSL encryption for all interactions on Incogneato, meaning that only our server can decipher the communication, rendering any intercepted data indecipherable. Should respondents choose to provide their email addresses, those will also be encrypted, ensuring that even if there were a breach, the information would remain secure and unreadable. We prioritize user privacy by not storing any personal identifying details of the respondents aside from their encrypted email addresses, if voluntarily shared. Ultimately, our system is designed to protect both your data and that of your respondents, fostering a safe environment for feedback collection.
