Select the platform, day of the week, specific time, and recurrence for introducing your team members (for instance, every second Wednesday at 10 AM in a designated channel). Your Catchup participants will be paired through direct messaging for one-on-one interactions. Arrange a video call for a virtual coffee chat with your Catchup partner, or enjoy a donut as a delightful afternoon treat. Catchup is designed to foster connections and enhance the quality of relationships within teams and communities. When introducing new members, you have the option to customize the message they receive, which could include conversation starters, links to a member directory, or any other relevant information; however, sticking with our default message is perfectly fine as well. By default, new Catchups are set to accommodate two participants, but you can opt for a group size of three or four to facilitate group introductions via direct messages instead of individual ones. Additionally, you can track the percentage of matches each week as well as the number of members who are currently on hold. To maintain engagement, it's possible to automatically pause members who have not participated in 2, 3, or 4 consecutive Catchups. By implementing these features, teams can ensure a vibrant and active community.
