Furthermore, all relevant information about the client, including their profile, the current deal in progress, trade details, and the most recent discussions about the deal, is conveniently consolidated in one location. The traffic and desking module also empowers users to jot down notes regarding the visit, update the Status/Result, and log the Lead Source that directed the customer to the dealership. For a busy desk manager, the ability to have multiple prospect up cards open simultaneously facilitates quick transitions between "Up" cards and quotes, thereby enhancing efficiency and productivity.
