Description
Capto leverages open-source Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to design, construct, and oversee digital robots that streamline repetitive tasks and manual workflows. We develop customized robots tailored to the distinct processes of your organization, aligning with your team's objectives and readiness for transformation. Our goal is to present a superior alternative to conventional RPA by minimizing the necessary investment, significantly cutting down the occurrence of malfunctioning bots, and reducing the time dedicated to robot upkeep. This enables us to make RPA accessible to businesses of various sizes, empowering them to enhance their operations and allow their teams to focus on innovative work instead of tedious administrative tasks. We are committed to the belief that work should be effective, valuable, and meaningful, and we strive to create the necessary infrastructure to facilitate this globally. To kick off the process, we engage in discussions, finalize the specifics, and formally agree to develop your customized bot. After that, we dive into the project and craft your digital robot to achieve all specified objectives, with a completion timeline of just 3-4 weeks, ensuring a swift transition to automated efficiency. In doing so, we aim to not only improve productivity but also to foster a culture of creativity and engagement within your workforce.
Description
Predator RCM software, a flexible robotic cell controller, scheduler, and robot controller, is designed to automate a Cell of CNC Machines. It also allows for part markers, cleaners, and other manufacturing equipment. Predator RCM allows for lights out operation and production, as well as flexible manufacturing and complete automation. Predator RCM schedules each robot to load and unload every CNC machine and CMM within the cell. Hands-free operation from raw material to finished products. Predator RCM supports a wide variety of pallets, tooling and RFID tags. You can increase the productivity of your CNC machines and reduce the labor/operator requirements. Predator RCM can robotically tend to any type of machine by using the right fixtures and robotic grippers. Common machine types include CNC machines and CMMs, CMMs, laser markings, part washers, and other manufacturing and inspection processes.
