You get the materials and quantities, the labour hours for each stage, and the assumptions and exclusions to put in front of your client. Pricing comes from Dayle ITM or PlaceMakers trade pricing, or from supplier pricing you upload yourself on any plan.
A rules engine does the numbers. AI is used for the wording only.
After the job is won, variations, purchase orders, progress claims and crew hours sit in the same place. Crew hours only count once you approve them.
