Forms allow the organization to conduct surveys or polls within its organization in order to make the right decision. Active directory authentication allows users to be integrated to the application. To be notified of every update within an organisation, you don't need to log in. Every important detail is displayed on the Notification screen.

The org chart builds from your reporting structure and updates as your organisation changes. Profiles aggregate from existing employee data user attributes: name, role, department, location, manager, direct reports, and skills. Skills get indexed pages, making expertise searchable across the whole company.
