OneDirectory Description
OneDirectory automatically syncs your employee data and generates a live org chart and searchable people directory. No manual imports, CSV uploads, or separate databases to maintain.
The org chart builds from your reporting structure and updates as your organisation changes. Profiles aggregate from existing employee data user attributes: name, role, department, location, manager, direct reports, and skills. Skills get indexed pages, making expertise searchable across the whole company.
. The application reads from your existing tenant, no new user accounts, no directory duplication. Licensing runs on company headcount, not per seat, so there's no billing overhead as employees join and leave.
Built for organisations with 250 to 50,000+ users. Handles complex reporting hierarchies, multi-division structures, and distributed teams. Search filters by department, location, and skill. Results render in a visual grid.

The easiest way to find and connect with coworkers Date: Feb 05 2026
Summary: OneDirectory turns what’s usually a messy, outdated employee list into something genuinely useful. The coworker search makes it easy to connect with the right people without digging through emails or chat tools. It’s simple, reliable, and quickly becomes part of how the company operates day to day. A strong choice for organizations that value clarity and connection.
Positive: The employee directory is the standout feature. Finding coworkers is fast and intuitive, whether you’re searching by name, role, department, or location. Everything is accurate and up to date, which makes a big difference in larger or distributed teams. Being able to quickly see who someone is, what they do, and how they fit into the organization saves time and removes friction from day-to-day collaboration.
Negative: It would be great to see more optional profile customization over time, especially for teams that want to surface additional internal information. That said, the current setup covers the most important details very well.
