ZenTreasuryMost finance teams run two systems: one for lease accounting, one for treasury, reconciled by hand. CREx connects directly to Yardi, MRI, RealPage, Entrata and other property management systems and refreshes the data daily. Nobody uploads files or logs into portals. Before the data reaches a report, it is checked, and the CREx team handles the ongoing work of keeping it clean: mapping each property manager's chart of accounts, chasing feeds that go missing and resolving exceptions month to month. That record covers rent rolls, collections, leasing, occupancy, budget-to-actuals, valuations, debt, fund structures and performance. On top of it, CREx runs Agentic Asset Management.
