CREx OS gives commercial real estate investment managers one trusted record of their portfolio, even when every property sits with a different third-party property manager. CREx connects directly to Yardi, MRI, RealPage, Entrata and other property management systems and refreshes the data daily. Nobody uploads files or logs into portals. Before the data reaches a report, it is checked, and the CREx team handles the ongoing work of keeping it clean: mapping each property manager's chart of accounts, chasing feeds that go missing and resolving exceptions month to month. That record covers rent rolls, collections, leasing, occupancy, budget-to-actuals, valuations, debt, fund structures and performance. On top of it, CREx runs Agentic Asset Management. AI agents assemble the monthly close package, work exception queues, review rent rolls, route approvals, draft variance commentary and refresh forecasts, so asset managers spend their time on decisions instead of data collection. Teams can also query their portfolio from AI assistants through the CREx OS MCP integration. Deal Intelligence, an add-on for acquisitions screening and underwriting, feeds new deals into the same record.
