ZenTreasury Description
Most finance teams run two systems: one for lease accounting, one for treasury, reconciled by hand. ZenTreasury runs both as one governed subledger, because the ERP that posts the journal entry does not know the contract behind it. ZenTreasury does.
Add a lease and the platform generates the full schedule automatically: right of use asset, lease liability, depreciation, interest, and balance carry forward, all following the standard from the moment the lease is saved. Index-linked remeasurement is handled automatically, with index rates, base values, and next indexation dates tracked per contract. Every later change, such as a scope change, term extension, rate revision, or partial termination, recalculates the schedule and logs it with a timestamp and user, so auditors get the before and after picture without asking.
On the treasury side: centralised FX position management across forwards, swaps, and cross currency instruments with mark-to-market valuations; internal and external loan tracking with DCF valuation against yield curves and automated interest accrual; trade finance and guarantee monitoring with fee and exposure tracking; and group wide cash flow forecasting with scenario modelling, all multi entity and multi currency. Direct bank connectivity included.
Every customer gets a dedicated, isolated database, so your data is never shared with other tenants. This matters for audit integrity and GDPR. Multi entity, multi currency, SSO, MFA, and role-based access are all included in the base platform.
It is one product with accounting included, priced to the scope you run. Lease calculations are independently reviewed by an international audit firm. Connect Claude, ChatGPT, or any MCP client directly to your contract data via a read-only MCP server.

ZenTreasury (from $16,900/year): Up to 300 contracts, 20 reporting entities, 10 users, 20 bank accounts. Includes IFRS 16 lease accounting, FX, loans and money market, trade finance and guarantees, cash management, and cash flow forecasting. Implementation from $5,499, scoped separately.

Positive: Easy to use, good support, nice design. One of the standout features of ZenTreasury is its user-friendly interface. The system is visually clean, intuitive, and responsive.

Summary: Our Group has been using ZenTreasury TMS tool since 2019. Our overall experience has been very positive, both from usability, included features and cooperation point of view.
ZenTreasury team is agile and understands our requirements for the system. The tool itself has been able to provide us with the data needed to follow our treasury processes, be aligned with IFRS requirements and decreased the need for manual excel-based processes.
The system is also able to grow with the treasury function. The pricing is flexible, and new modules can be added when needed. You can start with a lean system and grow to a more extensive tool when needed.Positive: ZenTreasury TMS is easy to use, easy to set up and follow, and all needed features are included in the tool to grow with the treasury function. The interface is intuitive, and we have been able to extract all needed reports from the system.
Negative: One of the cons of the original TMS version was the lack of approval flows in the system, which increased the risk for accidental adjustments by the day-to-day users. Fortunately, this has been added to the latest version!

Summary: We were looking for a tool that could help us with our IFRS16 reporting. Zen offered us the best value for money. We have now used Zen for over 1.5 years. Throughout this period we have learned to use the tool better and also create a process internally for IFRS16. We are still very happy with the tool.

Summary: ZenTreasury lease module provides you with a solid IFRS16 accounting and facility management tool. Great and quick customer service.
Positive: ZenTreasury team is able to implement smaller requested improvements quickly to the production environment. Quite easy to maintain from the admin point of view. The data setup in the user interface enables versatile use of e.g. the lease data and not only from IFRS16 point of view but for facility management as well.
Negative: ZenTreasury is slightly rigid to use at first but once you learn the logic it’s build on, it gets easier.
