AED 20/unit/month
You pay per room or apartment guests can book, per month. A three-bedroom apartment sold as one unit counts once. The price per unit drops as you grow: each band’s price applies only to the units inside that band. Front desk, reservations, housekeeping and finance logins are free, and so are extra buildings. There is no fee per booking.

With 250 units it is AED 2,100 (USD 571.82). The shared option has a minimum of AED/SAR 490 a month (USD 133.42), which covers up to 27 units.
