Pricing Information:
You pay per room or apartment guests can book, per month. A three-bedroom apartment sold as one unit counts once. The price per unit drops as you grow: each band’s price applies only to the units inside that band. Front desk, reservations, housekeeping and finance logins are free, and so are extra buildings. There is no fee per booking.

Worked example. A hotel apartment building with 60 units pays 20 × 20 + 40 × 12 = AED 880 a month (SAR 880, USD 239.62). With 120 units across two buildings it is AED 1,360 (USD 370.32). With 250 units it is AED 2,100 (USD 571.82). The shared option has a minimum of AED/SAR 490 a month (USD 133.42), which covers up to 27 units.

One-time setup. Up to 20 units: AED/SAR 3,900 (USD 1,061.95). 21 to 60: AED/SAR 4,900 (USD 1,334.24). 61 to 150: AED/SAR 7,900 (USD 2,151.12). Above 150: from AED/SAR 12,900 (USD 3,512.59), scoped in writing. Setup covers your buildings, apartment types, unit numbers by floor, rates, weekend and season prices, minimum stays, the Tourism Dirham by category, VAT on invoices, your photos and wording on the booking site in Arabic and English, your domain, booking emails through your own mail server, the import of future bookings from your spreadsheet, and one training session for the front desk. Connecting a Gulf card gateway is quoted in writing once we have checked it. Extra work is AED/SAR 900 an hour (USD 245.06), or 10 hours for AED/SAR 8,100.

Not in the price. Card gateway fees are paid to your gateway. There are no per-booking fees and no commission. Annual prepay takes 15% off. Prices exclude 5% UAE VAT and 15% Saudi VAT.
