The application incorporates open-data price books from various Italian regions and autonomous provinces, which can be easily searched within the app, and it generates the necessary accounting documents mandated by Italian public-works regulations (D.Lgs. 36/2023), such as the bill of quantities, measurement books, account registers, progress reports with retentions, payment certificates, and final accounts. Each document is exported in PDF/A format, ensuring compliance with long-term preservation standards. The software operates fully offline, with projects saved locally in a standard SQLite database, allowing for easy export as documented JSON, accessible in both the free version and after a license has lapsed. Estimates can be shared with other Italian estimating tools using the XPWE interchange format, which enhances interoperability.
