Windows T-Bill is a program that allows contractors to create and track invoices to bill customers for time or material. The program is divided into three main sections:
* Complete database of both items and assemblies that can be price updated using most major pricing services.
*The invoice portion is designed to reflect "time and material", "time-&-material not to exceed", or "callback", all of which can generate a different type invoice.
*Windows T-Bill can be used with any of McCormick Systems' Windows estimation packages or as a standalone program.
