Description
BiblioTECH is a full-featured Library Management System built in Victoria, Australia, developed from the ground up around one request from librarians: give us something affordable and easy to use.
Rather than a generic, one-size-fits-all platform, BiblioTECH was shaped by extensive market research and continuous feedback from working librarians. The result is a system built specifically around the realities of running a library, not adapted from unrelated software.
Core modules:
Patrons
Resources
Circulation
Search
Reports
Beyond the core modules, BiblioTECH takes care of the administrative work that typically eats into a librarian's day:
Bulk import and updates for patron and resource records
SCIS integration built in, for fast and accurate cataloguing
Barcode generation
Spine label printing on standard A4 sheets, no specialty printer required
Automated overdue notifications
Auto-generated PDF letters for patrons
Description
JSTOR Seeklight is an innovative, AI-driven tool designed for the efficient processing of collections, developed within the framework of JSTOR Digital Stewardship Services. This resource assists archivists and librarians in accelerating the handling of digital collections while maintaining essential professional standards and archival integrity. Seeklight utilizes advanced algorithms to automatically create descriptive metadata in line with a Dublin Core-compatible schema and generates transcripts for various document types, including typed, handwritten, or mixed formats. It also organizes related files into consolidated archival items when necessary, all managed through a user-friendly cloud-based interface. Each AI-generated metadata entry is accompanied by confidence scores, allowing users to review, modify, or discard the suggestions, and items are categorized with tags such as “AI-Generated,” “Reviewed,” or “Edited” to promote transparency and human oversight. Additionally, Seeklight offers project-level summaries following the traditional format of finding aids, which enhances the searchability and accessibility of collections, thus streamlining the research process for users. This comprehensive approach not only improves efficiency but also reinforces the quality of archival practices in the digital age.

Pricing Details
BiblioTECH is priced as a flat annual licence fee rather than per-user or per-transaction charges. Because every migration is different, your final quote depends on a few factors: the size and complexity of the data conversion, the volume of records involved, and the number of libraries or branches you're licensing. Contact us and we'll put together a quote built around your setup.
Why isn't pricing listed?
We charge a flat annual fee, but the right number depends on your library specifically, how much data needs to be converted, how complex that conversion is, and how many libraries or branches you're bringing onto the system. Reach out and we'll send you a quote tailored to your collection.
