Clients see available rooms and times, choose a Booking Plan, add equipment or production services, and pay through a branded page or website embed. Studio teams manage room calendars, shared equipment, booking rules, deposits and client details. Plans can use hourly rates, fixed packages or packages with overtime.
Pro includes staff schedules and time off, prepaid hour packages, recurring memberships, wallet credits and a self-service client portal. Google Calendar sync keeps bookings connected to the studio calendar, and Stripe handles online payments. Pro supports custom domains, webhooks and Zapier-ready workflows.
