BACKCONTROL 2012™ is capable of operating on various touch-screen display panels without imposing any restrictions on the number of displays that can be utilized for a specific application. Typically, when using a single flour scale (referred to as 1 line), two to three touch screens are generally set up; one is placed directly next to the flour scale, the second is linked to a table scale for ingredient management, and a third screen is dedicated to overseeing recipe management and production lists. Additionally, displays can be strategically positioned on sourdough tanks, liquid yeast dispensers, and other liquid dosing apparatuses.
