Workers complete configured check-ins and raise panic alerts; operators follow client-defined escalation procedures for alarms and missed check-ins. Built for daily use, Guardian helps keep the app active during shifts, automatic driving check-ins reduce manual interaction, and scheduled shifts support reminders and missed-shift notifications. Journey tools include field-level hazard assessment (FLHA), risk weighting and travel planning. Ending a shift suspends monitoring and app updates. Supervisors see active-shift locations and check-in status, send targeted SMS, email, push and supported satellite mass notifications with audit logs, and review incoming SMS/satellite messages. Dashboard-managed on-demand and daily, weekly or monthly reports replace automatic monthly reports. Report audiences and sections are configurable; private links expire after seven days. Archive route playback includes timeline controls, speed and heading. Privacy logs record access to Worker Details.
