Description

CollectCue is a web-based client document request and missing-item tracking tool built for small bookkeeping firms. Teams can create recurring requests by client and period, send secure upload links, monitor outstanding items, and review submitted files from one workspace. Clients do not need to create an account or learn a complicated portal. Each request has a secure link where they can view required documents, upload files, or mark an item as not applicable. On the bookkeeping side, staff can track request status, review uploads, accept files, request a reupload, and send automatic or manual reminders. CollectCue is designed for recurring workflows such as month-end close, tax preparation, cleanup projects, and client onboarding.
