From the outset of the initiative, BaxEnergy embraced an agile and user-focused design approach, refining the AssetStack® management solution through ongoing software delivery and collaborative workshops with all project stakeholders. We initiated the process with an in-depth examination of customer requirements, subsequently configuring our platform to align with users' expectations and project goals at each stage. Our objective was to establish effective value streams by fostering collaboration among development, operations, and end-users. This approach necessitated continuous planning, testing, and integration, along with the ongoing progression of both the project and the software informed by customer insights. Thanks to this adaptable methodology, paired with the robust capabilities of AssetStack®, BaxEnergy has successfully met EGP RSA’s needs, facilitating innovative and digital maintenance workflows, comprehensive maintenance planning, integration of existing checklists, and implementation of corrective maintenance strategies. As a result, the project has not only advanced operational efficiency but also transformed maintenance processes to better serve user requirements.
