Velosi AIMS Description
Velosi AIMS® (formerly VAIL-Plant®) is an enterprise-grade Asset Integrity Management (AIM) platform built to help organizations maximize the safety, reliability, and performance of critical industrial assets. Designed for industries such as oil and gas, petrochemicals, power generation, energy, and heavy manufacturing, the platform provides a single source of truth for managing inspection, maintenance, asset risk, and integrity activities.
The software leverages proven engineering methodologies, including Risk-Based Inspection (RBI), Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), Safety Integrity Level (SIL), and Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), together with digital twin capabilities and advanced analytics. This integrated approach enables organizations to evaluate asset condition, identify potential failures, prioritize maintenance, and optimize inspection strategies using data-driven insights.
Velosi AIMS® centralizes asset information, inspection records, maintenance history, corrosion monitoring, and performance metrics within a scalable platform. Interactive dashboards and reporting tools provide real-time visibility into equipment health, allowing engineering and maintenance teams to improve planning, reduce unplanned downtime, extend asset lifespan, and support compliance with industry standards.
Its modular architecture allows organizations to deploy solutions tailored to their operational requirements, covering pressure equipment, pipelines, rotating machinery, electrical and instrumentation systems, pressure safety valves, structural assets, lifting equipment, wells, civil infrastructure, cathodic protection, hull integrity, flexible pipelines, inspection scheduling, computerized maintenance management, and ERP interface.
