It combines ticket sales, table reservations with deposits, and multi-entry passes with the tools staff use on the night: a door scanner for phones and iPads that keeps working offline, a shared door counter, and a live floor map for seating, moving and completing reservations.
Guests buy from the venue's branded booking page or website widgets and pay through the venue's own Stripe account by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, then keep their tickets, bookings and passes in a passwordless customer account or in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.
