Description
The KillDisk Industrial Desktop offers an effective and cost-efficient solution for industrial-grade disk sanitation that is accessible to consumers. This system is designed to be highly adaptable to various needs, featuring support for erasure standards set by the U.S. Department of Defense and the capability for fully automated operations, making it essential for any entity with rigorous disk erasure protocols. Furthermore, the licensing structure allows for unlimited disk erasure without additional charges. It provides complete sanitation for HDDs, SSDs, M.2, and USB disks, while adhering to 24 different sanitation standards, including US DoD 5220.22M and NIST 800-88. Users can verify erasure success, resume any interrupted processes, and reset hidden disk zones. Notably, it enables high-speed parallel erasing of several disks simultaneously. The system also facilitates the generation of PDF certificates and XML exports, allowing for emailing results and customizing reports. Additionally, it keeps track of the health status of all disks using S.M.A.R.T. data, and offers a deep dive into disk sectors and volumes through an advanced disk viewer, ensuring comprehensive monitoring and control. With such features, organizations can maintain regulatory compliance and ensure data security with ease.
Description
WipeCert is a specialized data erasure tool designed for managed service providers, IT asset disposition firms, and internal IT departments. It securely wipes data from HDDs, SSDs, and NVMe drives in accordance with the NIST 800-88 Clear or Purge standards, as well as the DoD 5220.22-M guidelines, automatically selecting the appropriate method for each drive and requiring operator confirmation before execution.
Upon completion of each wipe, a certificate is generated that is signed with an Ed25519 key and includes a QR code, which can be verified at wipecert.com without the need for an account. For devices running Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS that are managed via Microsoft Intune, WipeCert can initiate an Intune MDM wipe and provide a certificate that indicates compliance with either NIST 800-88 Purge or Clear, depending on the encryption status reported by the device. It’s important to note that this is an Intune MDM wipe, not a direct erasure performed by WipeCert software on the device itself.
The platform features a dashboard that allows users to monitor device status, view live job progress, and maintain a comprehensive audit log. Users who opt for professional plans and above gain access to REST API and webhooks, while business plans and higher include PXE network boot capabilities and customizable branded certificates. Subscription plans begin at $79 per month, offering a 14-day trial that includes two wipes with no credit card required. Additionally, this flexible pricing structure makes it accessible for various organizations looking to ensure data security and compliance.
