Datplan DataPull helps accountants, bookkeepers and finance teams prepare repeatable reports from supported Xero, QuickBooks Online, TallyPrime and HubSpot data. Extraction and transformation run in the customer’s Windows environment; Companies House discovery is also available.
Use the prepared CSV/JSON tables in Excel or BI tools, create desktop dashboards, or open Datplan’s ready-made companion browser reports. Accountants can package setup, recurring reporting updates and optional reviews as Dashboard as a Service, with their own service fees.
Completed reports can stay local or be shared through an authorised OneDrive or SharePoint folder. Microsoft folder permissions control access. Reports reflect the latest completed refresh; each company and source remains separate. Scheduled updates and Audit Analytics depend on source and plan support. The Windows PC and source must be available for acquisition.
The Windows app and demo data are free. Live-source access requires a paid plan; provider licences, limits and external BI tools have separate requirements. Datplan’s online services support account and source-plan controls; it does not operate a business-data warehouse for these reporting datasets.
