Southern Software has successfully implemented its Records Management System, previously known as Police-Pak or Sheriff-Pak, in over 450 law enforcement agencies across the southeastern United States. This robust and adaptable software caters to the needs of both large and small Police Departments and Sheriff Offices. Tailored specifically for law enforcement purposes, it facilitates automated data submissions in states such as North Carolina, Virginia, South Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Texas, and Arkansas, with features that may vary by state and department type. Built on the Microsoft SQL Server platform, the application offers error checking for incident-based reports and provides printouts that replicate state forms. In addition, it allows users to search data across nearly any field and enables the creation of accident diagrams directly on the computer. Users can also attach digital mugshot images to arrests and subsequently generate lineups. Furthermore, the package includes 30 days of complimentary support, ensuring users have assistance as they acclimate to the software.
