Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Unions connect eMembership to the tools they already use through an open REST API and prebuilt integrations with QuickBooks, Great Plains, Mailchimp, SendGrid, Twilio, Stripe, PayPal, DocuSign, and others. Staff work in a web application, while members use a native iOS and Android app or a web portal that reads and writes the same database in real time. Functionality is split into 18 modules, so a union licenses only what it needs and adds more later. Two releases ship each year as part of the subscription.
