So far the best move in King George II's campaign against Kerry is the deft way Viet Nam veterans were divided, making his anti-war activism a pivot point on which many votes swing rather that his obvious heroic war record. Of course the fact that Kerry continues to quibble and equivocate isn't helping Mr Kerry one little bit either. But it was the division of Viet Nam veterans that has me in awe. I honestly was unaware that any significant portion of the VNV population still believed that our little jungle crusade was anything but misguided and wrong. I guess it's just me. I must be out of touch.
