  • South Park did an exhaustive exploration of the subject.

    The liberals want to take God out of everything. The conservatives want to take sex out of everything. Neither want us average folk to have a voice in any place it counts.

    That a school is suspending a kid for a week for drawing a stick-figure war scene surprises me not at all. There's some irony in the fact that our schools are the last places one can expect to find critical thinking (that's where we keep the mindless punishment and advertising

  • Also, the disturbing thing is the name-calling. You have a liberal and a conservative on a talk show. The conservative says something about affirmative action. You then have the liberal screaming about how racist the conservative is. The conservative wants to avoid this term at all costs, and spends the rest of the time defending himself against being racist. Show's over, and the real issue hasn't been discussed.

    PC is being used to shutdown debate by branding the opposite site as racist, bigot, closed
