Today is national depression day. What's your favorite way to deal with depression?

I do have an answer, but it's not one I think people would appreciate me plastering across a poll.

Does seem ironic that National Depression day turned out so crap though.

Alternative

Alternative is a good way to get through funks. Just wallow in it for a while and then it's rather easy to come out. Or atleast feel like someone out there understands enough to stop the funk

They're all good ideas. I wouldn't necessarily listen to Marylin Manson, and I think that honest weapons of mass destruction make more sense than your old fashioned machine gun, but other than that I couldn't really decide on just one answer.
