singularity's Journal: Coupons

So I was at the pet store the other day - I find myself going about twice a week for supplies - and I bought four items that are very aquarium-specific.

At the cash register, they had a machine that prints out coupons, right next to the receipt printer, similar to what they do at the grocery store. The thing about the grocery store ones, though, is that the coupons are sometimes based on what you are buying. They will print out coupons for an item you bought (so you will buy the item again next time), or for a competitor's product.

At the pet store, I got a coupon for cat food.
