• GNUnet [ovmj.org] is an anonymous, decentralized, uncensorable p2p network. It's intended to be a generic p2p network system (with those qualities described applied to all services under it AFAICT), but it already comes with a filesharing service implemented. It's not as old as Freenet, but it has been around quite a while now, and is certainly usable (well, not properly for windows yet, but they're working on it). They've got a new version out this week, version 0.
