ColMstrd's Journal: So how do you make friends on Slashdot?

Found (through a convoluted route) a Slashdot posting that I particularly admire (search down for Golias at http://slashdot.org/features/00/04/19/127207.shtml) and thought I'd have a play with the sociability features now builtin to Slashdot which I haven't really explored 'til now.

Task:

Conceived a social engineering project to befriend Golias.
