ACLU does not care when Crisis Pregnancy Centers are unconstitutionally coerced into forced speech.
But if someone decides to heckle a priest during Mass, then of course the ACLU will call it a constitutional right.

There are some institutions that try to protect religious freedom.
Thomas More Society and Alliance Defending Freedom for example.
