194.3 Need to lose weight

    We'll see.

    I worked out for several weeks, ate right, and went from 243 to 238. Then I got slammed by work and ate poorly for half a week. Half a week. And was back up to 241. I can put it on so fast it's just not funny.

      Cut high fructose corn syrup out of your diet. I did that and try to walk (briskly) for 10-15 minutes five days a week, and so far I have lost 30lbs since last July. My goal is to lose 40lbs total by the time I turn 40 in a few months :D (may be tough; we shall see)

      • That stuff is in next to everything and, I do likes the soda. However, I am not buying anymore, once the current stock on hand is out. I'm also going to look into making my own soda and rootbeer, so I don't ahve to fret over the non-natural stuff any longer;-)

        In the interim I'm being smarter about what I eat and have been working out at least three times a week, and briskly walking the dogs daily for at least 20 min.
