Journal FortKnox's Journal: The Forever War, by Joseph Haldeman 4
I just finished "The Forever War" by Joseph Haldeman. I must say, it was quite a fun read, and had me captivated the whole time. If you dig scifi wars, I'd suggest picking it up ASAP. I'm going to pick up the sequel, and probably the sequel to Enders Game tonight.

That said, the Ender's game sequel... do you mean the new, parallel novel, or the rest of the books in the trilogy? The parallel novel was... good. The sequels... weren't so much. I'd read the parallel novel before moving on in the trilogy.
Peace.

As far as the Ender Trilogy, I think I'm going to skip it for now. Currently, I'm working on Starship Troopers, then will hit the two books from Haldeman, then probably find somemore Heinlein.

Interested to see your take on it. There's a ripoff of Starship Troopers you might get some entertainment value out of called Armor, you might find it on Amazon. I wasn't aware of any sequels to Forever War, I intend to look them up.
Wanted to let you know that I admire your use of the Journal system to proactively create change on Slashdot rather than bitching offtopic in the threads. Regardless of the comment count, I come to your journal to read headlines, and I'm sure others are doing the same.
