The $11M verdict is good news. Phelps is a nasty piece of work, and what he did to that Marine's family deserves jail time. Its too bad that a quickie bankruptcy will let him get away with it.

I know: I just couldn't stop laughing. 24hrs after finding it, I still can't help laughing just thinking about it. And I can't decide which of the signs I find funnier.
