Mostly because the system has a funny way of slowly but steadily eroding away my karma without actual user moderation. Imagine that!
Progress is slow but steady. Keep on keeping on with the easy hot-button topics (the RIAA enslaved my family! microsoft is bad! etc.) and avoid the grey areas and I'll make it to bonusland soon enough.
