California Man May Go to Prison for Kissing on a Plane

Carl Persing was convicted Thursday of interfering with flight attendants and crew members after he and his girlfriend, Dawn Sewell, were seen "embracing, kissing and acting in a manner that made other passengers uncomfortable," according to a criminal complaint.

Were they knifing each other while kissing? Barring that, I don't see how kissing could possibly make anyone feel uncomfortable. Except frigid prudes. They feel uncomfortable when members of the opposite hold hands. Oddly enough, frigid prudes often think that two members of the same holding hands are just sharing friendship.

Of course, the real problem was not the kissing, or even the sex. It was the fact that, when the flight attendant told him to stop, he copped an attitude. Sorry, but you just don't get to do that any more. Fact of life - when the flight attendant tells you to stop having sex in public, just stop.
