Carl Persing was convicted Thursday of interfering with flight attendants and crew members after he and his girlfriend, Dawn Sewell, were seen "embracing, kissing and acting in a manner that made other passengers uncomfortable," according to a criminal complaint.

Of course, the real problem was not the kissing, or even the sex. It was the fact that, when the flight attendant told him to stop, he copped an attitude. Sorry, but you just don't get to do that any more. Fact of life - when the flight attendant tells you to stop having sex in public, just stop.
