Maximilio's Journal: Slow Down, Cowboy

You know what? I'm about to do it again. I have been trying to comment in a story today. Now, I know there are a lot of comment spammers. I'm not one of them. I'm a logged-in user, goddamnit. but I get that stupid slow down cowboy page about every other comment I try to make. Apparently typing too fast is not good for Slashdot.

Last time I got pissed off at this, I simply abandoned my account, after changing my password to line noise and vowing to never come back. And there are a lot of silly things on Slashdot, but damn it that is the one that's grinding my fucking gears.

It's Fucking Retarded, Guys! You can't have a comment-based website where people can't fucking carry on a conversation. And, yeah, fuck it. I'm done here. I don't contribute much to Slashdot and it's obvious why. It's technologically meant to be viewed over a 2400 baud modem by hunt-and-peck typists with dyslexia. Jesus Fucking Christ, what a waste. I got better things to do. Good Fucking Bye again.
