that's spooky. when i was in cleveland visiting the rock and roll hall of fame, we talked about how remarkably dumb people we met seemed to be. i know that sounds mean, but you had to be there.

i asked 3 different people what restaurant they'd recommend eating at that wasn't a chain restaurant. i kid you not, all three of them said, with a rather blank, confused look on their faces, "How about TGI Friday's?" It looked as if they were asked to solve a triple integral in their heads. :D
    • Yeah, downtown is a ghost town on the weekends and after 6 PM during the work week.
A lot of the people in the general area of Cleveland know nothing about what is available in the city. The all live out in the burbs.

TGI Fridays! Oh, what a hoot.

Around the rock hall there is not too much. Good food is available in the city. You have to drive to get to most of it. This town is just not built for tourism.
    • So? How was it at TGI Friday's?

      Eat any pork?

      Cheers,

  • You see, the average was skewed upwards by my coincidental presence in Cleveland at the time.
