Journal blazin's Journal: Cryptonomicon fans read this... 4

Today I was looking through my Amazon gold box offers and got this: Crytonomicon 2. After not much digging I also found a link to Cryptonomicon 3. Has anyone heard anything about these? The descriptions seem to be the same for all 3 books, and it doesn't appear to have anything to do with The Baroque Cycle books. If anyone knows anything about this, I'd appreciate it. Mr. Stephenson's site is pretty useless as far as finding out this sort of information and I wasn't able to find anything referring to the two new books (not yet released) on google.

Thanks.

  • Given that the mass-market paperback weighs in at 1168 pages, and the one you linked to is about 450, I would guess that it is volume 2 of a three-volume Spanish translation of the original Cryptonomicon.

Now, what about Odalisque? I thought that the Baroque Cycle was complete.
    • I believe you are correct. Although I couldn't find a translation for "El codigo Pontifex" I looked for "spanish" on the amazon page and indeed it is the spanish version. Dang.

I searched for Odalisque by itself on Amazon. (not necessarily SFW so no link). Now the page I made contains stuff about bondage fetishism. I was able to get some more info from a book review of Quicksilver. It appears that Quicksilver is actually split into three books, "Quicksilver", "King of the Vagabonds" and "Odalisque". I
