My strangeness in a strange land
Kodiak and spit

Monster pickup trucks
Whose cargo beds are empty
One sole occupant

Leather lycra moms
There's something wrong with those not
Pregnant by fifteen

Hopeless and friendless
A sea of red state zombies
Turning to the screen

A cry in darkness
Then, distant others' echoes
I am not alone
