Following up to my last journal entry covering our northern neighbor, I ran across this gem of an article: Canada wins dumbest government at World Stupidity Awards.
The article includes winners in other categories, including President Bush's win for "Stupidest Statement of the Year" for one of his more amusing manglings of the English language.
Paris Hilton rightly won "Stupidist [sic] Woman of the Year". (Could that misspelling in the article be named "Stupidest Spelling Error of the Year"?)
