Students need to understand that the college experience is vastly different from the high school experience. It is totally up to the student how he or she will perform. I had to flunk out of college to learn that lesson, and it sucked.

Luckily, I was able to finish my degree online. Otherwise, I could easily see myself ending up like my father, in my late 50's, working for an hourly wage, and wondering what might have been. I love my father, but I do not want to follow that path.
