Ok, so I'm not banned at work. It's an IP thing and not a userID thing. So some asshat at penn state (Zeriel? Have you been a bad boy?) has been screwing the system. If Taco gives me the IP logs of who it was, I can hack their cable modem in 30 minutes or less (or their pizza is free) and throttle it down to 2kb/s.
