Sony Television support is the most unhelpful, infuriating, and slow of any technical help you will ever receive. After three exchanges and ~20+ phone calls with ill-informed techs that could only follow a script and had no authority to fix problems they couldn't provide a TV that would work reliably. Beware. (75" 900 series)
